At Drive Mellow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product:

  2. Place a new order for the item you want

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Cancellations

Before Shipment:

After Shipment:

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • You may refuse delivery and the item will be returned to us
  • Once we receive the refused package, we will process a refund minus original shipping costs

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for standard returns. However, items returned without authorization or not meeting our return criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

International Returns

We currently only ship within the United States. All returns must be shipped to our US address.
