SHIPPING POLICY - DRIVE MELLOW
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $5.99
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - $12.99
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available. We only ship within the United States.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your building management. Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.
Order Modifications
Need to change your order? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.
